We are dedicated to fostering physical, mental, and emotional wellness through creative and engaging activities.

Our programs are designed to support individuals from all walks of life. We’ve recently worked with a local Parkinson’s group, and have been exploring the benefits of music therapy for those living with ADHD, and other neurological conditions.
At the end of each workshop, we bring everything together with a sharing session or performance, allowing participants to showcase their creative journeys and celebrate their progress. Whether you’re looking to improve motor skills, enhance focus, or simply have fun, our activities offer a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Themes
Through our unique workshops, participants have the opportunity to explore the healing power of music, movement, and artistic expression. Each session is designed to enhance well-being while promoting a sense of connection and community. You can immerse yourself in the rhythmic sounds of junk percussion, learn the dynamic movements of capoeira, or discover the vibrant instruments and music of Cuba, samba, and Brazilian folkloric traditions. We also celebrate the lively and colorful art forms of Carnival, blending dance, performance, and music to create a joyful and therapeutic experience.
